On the Colombian site of the Diversified Technical Education Institute of Monterrey Casanare lives Negro, a very astute dog.
The staff has worked hard over the last five years to make sure that Negro has enough to eat and a secure place to sleep.
But this hasn’t stopped the creative dog from coming up with an almost humanly clever plan to get his hands on those tasty goodies.
One day, Negro was browsing in a little campus shop that sold delicious cookies when he saw an unbelievable sight. He saw that the pupils were exchanging strange green objects (money) for these delectable treats.
