Throughout his legendary career, Clint Eastwood has experienced it everything. The iconic actor and director has been honoured with almost every major film industry award there is, and his status as a cinematic legend was established long ago.
But alas, Father Time gets us all in the end, and at 92 years old (whaaat?! ), Eastwood is understandably less frequent on red carpets and at other high-profile events these days.
Although he is still actively employed, it is reasonable to suppose that his days as an active part of the entertainment business may be coming to an end. We just learned that he is putting together what may be his last project as a filmmaker, Juror #2.
While there have been no reports of any serious health issues, Radar Online claims that his close pals are worried about his health.

Reports indicate that the legendary actor may call it quits after directing the upcoming courtroom drama Juror 2.
According to Discussing Film, insiders close to Eastwood have said that his next film would likely be the last of his long and successful career.
Eastwood’s next film, Juror 2, will be his 40th as a director. The 92-year-old has a long list of award-winning films to his credit, including Letters from Iwo Jima and Flags of our Fathers (2006), Million Dollar Baby (2004), American Sniper (2014), and Sully (2016), the latter of which he directed and featured in.
The workaholic actor-turned-director takes time to relax and enjoy life by drastically cutting down on his obligations. Francesca Eastwood, his daughter, has lately commented on what a wonderful grandpa her father has been.

She captioned photos of the celebrity with his grandson Titan, “Best dad.” Grandfather of the Year. People were quick to point out the resemblance between the two of them in the comments.
Clint has worked hard, is dedicated to his trade, and has an abundance of skill, so it’s no surprise that he’s living the dream. However, recent claims from Radar Online imply that his closest friends and confidants have reason to worry.
“Clint goes through spells of talking about retirement, but what’s worse for him, he feels the movie industry has retired on him,” a source reportedly stated to the news organisation.
After 50 years of working together, he and Warner Bros. parted ways because the new management was so disheartened by the failure of Clint Eastwood’s Cry Macho.

“He’s glad Warner gave him the green light for his new film, but he isn’t holding his breath that it will happen again.”
On May 31, Eastwood will be 93 years old, and he reportedly wants to go out on a good note by completing the aforementioned Juror 2. It would be right for a guy who has contributed so much to the profession over the years to retire with honour, but others in his inner circle worry that he is still trying to take on too much.
“It’s still a lot for a guy in his nineties,” the insider said to Radar Online.
Concerns have been raised concerning his health. As with his previous projects, he is not just the director but also plays a hand in every other department, including casting and, most likely, composing the soundtrack.
In addition, the Dirty Harry actor has apparently not been seen in over 450 days, leading to unsubstantiated rumours that his health has deteriorated.
I believe it’s safe to say that everyone here recognises Clint Eastwood as a respected and beloved icon of the film and television industries.
Let’s hope he can finish his career with the same flair and energy he’s shown throughout his whole career.
